We are looking for a dynamic and technically oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to develop and manage sales of industrial air compressors and related products and services. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, identifying suitable compressor solutions, generating new business opportunities, preparing quotations, conducting customer visits and providing technical support throughout the sales process. The candidate will work closely with customers, service engineers and the internal team to ensure timely execution of orders and excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
· Qualification: UG Degree–Marketing / related engineering discipline.
· Experience: Fresh graduates / 1-3 years.
· Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and mechanical/electrical systems.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to learn industrial air compressors and compressed-air systems.
· Basic computer skills, including MS Office/Excel.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
· Identify and develop new customers in industrial sectors.
· Generate enquiries and develop recent business opportunities.
· Visit industries, factories and customer sites regularly.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable compressor solutions.
· Promote air compressors, accessories, spare parts, AMC and service solutions.
2. Technical Sales
· Understand different types, capacities and applications of industrial air compressors.
· Study customer compressed-air requirements, including pressure, flow and operating conditions.
· Assist customers in selecting suitable compressor systems.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for site surveys and technical evaluations.
3.Other Responsibilities
· Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
· Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
· Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
· Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
· Coordinate with the service team for installation, commissioning and maintenance requirements.
· Identify opportunities for spare parts, AMC and service business.
· Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
· Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the relevant departments.
