Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

* Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

* Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.

* Check and ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works as per approved drawings.

* Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.

* Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.

* Coordinate with contractors and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.





* Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site records.

* Verify quantities and measurements of completed works.

* Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement/store team.

* Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards at the site.

* Coordinate with the project management team to achieve project milestones.

* Identify delays, execution challenges, and quality issues and report them to management with appropriate solutions.

* Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
