Key Responsibilities

- System Design & Modeling: Create detailed electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and blueprints using AutoCAD. Perform yield simulations and shading analysis using simulation programs like PVsyst.
- Site Assessments: Conduct physical site surveys to check structural integrity, roof orientation, or ground terrain. Evaluate solar resource availability and local environmental conditions.
- Procurement & Planning: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and equipment specifications for solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures. Coordinate with vendors and supply chain teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Site Supervision: Oversee contractors and installation crews during the setup, testing, and grid commissioning phases. Ensure adherence to local electrical codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills





- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related mechanical/civil discipline.
- Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project execution or system design.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in design and simulation packages such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or PVcase.
- Soft Skills: Robust cross-functional coordination, problem-solving capabilities, and vendor management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
