We’re looking for a confident Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective solutions.
- Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
- Promote products/services and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills – Mandatory
- Strong telecalling and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to make outbound/cold calls.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO is preferred.
