We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Media Lead who can own content from strategy to execution — someone who thinks like both a marketer and a creator, and can lead a creative team to deliver consistently.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Social Media Lead who can independently build content strategy, understand platform algorithms, direct a creative team (photographers, video editors, cameramen, graphic designers), and personally step in to create, edit, or appear in content when needed. This role blends strategic thinking, team coordination, creative direction, and AI-tool fluency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Platform Knowledge (Top Priority)

- Build content strategy for client accounts based on brand goals and audience

- Stay current with algorithm behavior and best practices across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

- Translate platform trends and algorithm shifts into actionable content plans

- Build and manage content calendars, hook planning, and storytelling frameworks

Team Coordination & Leadership

- Coordinate and manage a creative team of 3-4 members, including the editing team

- Direct photo shoots and video shoots — briefing photographers, videographers/cameramen, and graphic designers

- Review and guide output from the creative team to ensure consistency with brand and strategy

- Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, brand tone, and approvals

Content Creation & Editing

- Working knowledge of video editing — comfortable using tools like CapCut, VN, and Meta Edit (Meta's native editing tools)

- Design creatives using Canva with strong creative direction

- Guide and QC reels, short-form videos, and static/carousel content produced by the team

On-Camera & Self-Promotion





- Be comfortable appearing on camera — presenting, hosting, or acting as talent in reels and brand videos when required

- Confidently promote content, brands, or personal presence on video

AI Tools

- Generate AI videos using tools like Kling, Higgsfield, and similar platforms

- Generate AI images using tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or equivalent

- Broad awareness of AI content tools in the market and ability to bring new ones into the workflow

Problem Solving

- Troubleshoot content and production roadblocks independently

- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation (portfolio/reel required)

- Strong understanding of algorithms and content performance across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms

- Working knowledge of video editing tools — CapCut, VN, Meta Edit, or similar

- Experience coordinating creative teams — photographers, videographers, editors, graphic designers

- Familiarity with AI generation tools for video and image content (Kling, Higgsfield, and others)

- Proficiency in Canva

- Comfortable and confident on camera

- Excellent client communication and coordination skills

- Experience managing a team (3-4 members)

- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset

Good to Have

- Prior agency experience handling multiple brand accounts

- Basic photography/videography skills

- Understanding of platform-specific trends and emerging formats
