Head Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to manage the accounting and finance function at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage accounting/ERP systems and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and provide analytical insights to management.
- Drive process improvements and ensure timely financial operations.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and ERP systems.
- Robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
