Job Summary

SML Solar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, generate business opportunities, and support the company’s growth in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Generate new business leads and identify potential market opportunities.

* Manage and expand customer and business relationships.

* Plan and execute digital and offline marketing activities.

* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversions.

* Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

* Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns for products and services.

* Manage social media, online promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives.

* Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

* Achieve marketing and business development targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in marketing, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or a related industry.

* Strong knowledge of lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development.

* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage marketing campaigns independently and lead a team.

* Strong understanding of local market conditions and customer requirements.

* Candidates with relevant solar industry experience will be preferred.

* Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
