Senior Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with solid Microsoft Fabric experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, PySpark, SQL, and data integration.

The role will involve working with large and complex datasets, building robust data pipelines, implementing modern data architectures, and supporting business intelligence and analytics requirements.

Important:

1) Candidates with strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience will be given preference.
2) Do NOT apply if you have less than 12years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.
- Build and manage Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and Dataflows.
- Develop efficient data transformation and processing solutions using PySpark, Python, and SQL.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric Data Factory for data ingestion, orchestration, and integration.
- Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain data models to support Power BI and enterprise analytics.
- Work closely with Data Analysts,



BI Developers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and error-handling processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline, integration, and performance issues.
- Implement appropriate security, governance, access control, and data management practices.
- Support migration of existing data platforms and workloads to Microsoft Fabric/Azure.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-20 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Recent 2-3 Yrs).
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure data services.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration.
- Experience with Delta Lake and data partitioning.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and database concepts.
- Experience working with Power BI and analytical workloads is preferred.
- Good understanding of cloud-based data architecture and security.

What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who can independently take ownership of data engineering initiatives, work with large datasets, solve complex technical problems, and build reliable and scalable data solutions using the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
