Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Specialist to manage sales operations, drive business growth, and manage key client accounts. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiation sessions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell relevant products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with product deliverables.
- Track sales metrics,



maintain CRM pipelines, and report forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven track record in direct sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
