Job Overview

Midaspire Global Services LLP is hiring Outbound Lead Generation Executives for its international business process. The selected candidate will be responsible for interacting with U.S.-based customers and prospects, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates with previous experience in international sales, telecalling, customer interaction, or lead generation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based customers and prospects.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Build professional relationships with prospects.




- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.

Eligibility and Requirements

- HSC / 12th or above.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
- Positive spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Candidates with international sales, lead generation, telecalling, or customer interaction experience will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Willing to work from the office.
