- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (L2/L3)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Aruba, HP, Juniper, D-Link, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Firewall Management & Security Policies
- Expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACL, STP, OSPF, BGP, RIP
- Hands-on experience in Network Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Experience in Server Connectivity & Network Security
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring Tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, etc.)
- Experience in Network Design, Configuration & Optimization
- Knowledge of Wireless Controller & Access Point Configuration
- Experience in Switching, Load Balancing & Redundancy Planning
- Understanding of Data Center Networking
- Knowledge of ITSM / Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, CRM, etc.)
- Provide L3 level technical support for complex networking issues and critical escalations.
- Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, and network infrastructure.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of network incidents related to connectivity, routing, switching, and security.
- Design, implement,



and maintain enterprise network infrastructure for corporate and government customers.
- Configure and manage VLANs, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP), ACLs, NAT, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and network security policies.
- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls including policy creation, VPN setup, IPS/IDS, access control, and security configurations.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, uptime, and security threats and take proactive measures for optimization.
- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and vendors for technical escalations, RMA, TAC support, and issue resolution.
- Perform network audits, health checks, preventive maintenance, and documentation of network architecture and configurations.
- Support implementation, migration, and deployment of recent network infrastructure and projects.
- Guide and support L1/L2 engineers for issue resolution and technical troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, incident reports, RCA reports, network diagrams, and configuration backups.
- Ensure compliance with network security standards, SLAs, and organizational policies.
- Provide remote as well as on-site technical support to customers whenever required.
- Perform any additional networking, technical, or operational responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
