About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer who has a basic understanding of Graphic Design and UI/UX Design and is interested in exploring Video Editing. This role is suitable for a fresher or intern who is creative, eager to learn, and comfortable working across different types of design projects.

The candidate should have a good eye for visuals, typography, layout, and creativity, along with a willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.

Software Skills

Required / Basic:
* Figma
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator

Bonus:
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe XD

Video editing will be considered a bonus skill. Candidates do not need to be highly experienced in video editing, but they should be interested and willing to learn and develop this skill as part of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Create social media posts, banners, presentations, marketing creatives, and other graphic assets
* Design basic web and mobile UI screens in Figma
* Assist the design team with ongoing UI/UX and creative design projects




* Support in creating and editing short videos, reels, and motion-based content
* Work on design adaptations and variations based on brand requirements
* Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style
* Collaborate with the UI/UX and marketing teams on creative requirements
* Learn and explore new design tools, trends, and techniques
* Take feedback positively and improve designs based on requirements

What We're Looking For

* 0–1 year of experience or currently pursuing/completed a design course
* Portfolio or academic/personal projects demonstrating creativity
* Basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative tools
* Solid willingness to learn and experiment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Creative thinking and attention to detail
* Interest in developing skills across Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Video Editing

Ideal candidate: A creative fresher who may not be an expert in everything yet, but has a good design foundation, curiosity to learn, and the flexibility to work across graphics, UI/UX, and video content.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
