Team Leader – True Value

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – True Value to lead our pre-owned car sales team and drive business growth through effective team management, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate the True Value sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

* Drive the complete sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.

* Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

* Ensure proper evaluation, procurement, display, and sales of pre-owned vehicles as per company standards.

* Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

* Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

* Coordinate with relevant departments for vehicle evaluation, refurbishment, documentation, finance, insurance, and delivery.

* Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki True Value processes,



policies, and customer service standards.

* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

* Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile

* Education: Graduate preferred.

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile/pre-owned car sales, with relevant team-handling experience.

* Robust sales, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.

* Good knowledge of the pre-owned automobile market.

* Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
