We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to lead our real estate sales team, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record in real estate or a similar target-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Real Estate Sales Executives / Property Consultants.
- Drive the team toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and manage leads through calling, references, digital leads, channel partners, and other sources.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Handle customer meetings and assist the team in property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop robust relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track team performance through daily MIS, conversion ratios, and sales reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of leads.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–8 years in Sales, preferably Real Estate.
- Prior experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Sales, Residential/Commercial Property Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, B2B Sales, Automobile, Telecom, Retail, or EdTech with relevant team-handling experience can also be considered.
