Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and dedicated MSW professionals who can independently plan, organize, and conduct charitable programs and social welfare activities. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to manage programs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan, organize, and conduct charitable programs and social welfare activities.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, community members, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of charity programs, including planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Maintain program records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Prepare reports, maintain data, and manage documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
- Monitor program activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)/ any degree.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in social work, NGO activities, community development, or charitable programs.




- Program Management: Must be capable of independently planning and conducting charitable programs.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordination: Ability to manage activities independently and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.

Important Note

- Candidates with Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) in their spoken English are not acceptable.
- Candidates must have strong practical experience in organizing and independently managing charitable programs.
- Only candidates who meet the required educational qualifications, experience, language proficiency, and computer skills will be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
