Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant with strong face-to-face client interaction and sales experience. The candidate must be capable of handling clients visiting the office, explaining the company's products and services, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Welcome clients visiting the office and understand their requirements.
- Interact directly with clients face-to-face and explain the company's products and services.
- Explain service features, advantages, pricing, packages, and procedures to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about available services.
- Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and convincing skills.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain documentation requirements, service charges, and applicable procedures.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must have 5–9 years of relevant sales experience.
- Must have proven experience in direct, face-to-face interaction with clients or customers.
- Must have experience explaining products or services to customers visiting an office or business location.
- Must possess strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and relationship management skills.
- Candidates from visa and immigration consultancies, travel agencies, study abroad consultancies, insurance, banking, real estate, telecom, or other customer-facing sales industries may apply.
- Must be capable of handling walk-in customers and converting inquiries into sales.
- Candidates with only telecalling or back-office experience and no direct face-to-face client interaction will not be suitable.

Key Selection Criteria: Candidates must have 5–9 years of sales experience, including hands-on face-to-face client interaction, product or service explanation, and sales conversion experience.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
