We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR function for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, and HR administration.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes while supporting management and employees across all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and HR policies.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, employee benefits, and related HR inputs with the Finance team.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.




- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy of all employee and HR records.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including experience in an HR Manager/HR Lead role.
- Solid knowledge of Indian HR practices and employment regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems will be an advantage.
