Job Summary

Responsible for field operations, client interaction, and achieving assigned targets while ensuring quality service delivery, proper documentation, and effective implementation of marketing and awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regular field visits and follow pre-planned routes

· Execute promotional activities, camps, and awareness programs

· Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets

· Handle client interactions and resolve concerns effectively

· Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports (MIS)

· Support market development and outreach initiatives





· Work independently while coordinating with team members

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (BSW/MSW preferred)

1–3 years of experience in fieldwork, sales, or healthcare sector

· Self-driven and proactive approach
