About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Lead branding, digital marketing, and growth initiatives.

* Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and team performance.

* Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lead generation.

* Analyse campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

* Collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (mandatory).

* Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.

* Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns is mandatory.

* Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.





* Experience in digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.

Added Advantages:

* Previous experience working with an MNC.

* Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.

* Experience scaling brands or managing large-scale campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
