FINANCE COORDINATOR – 3 WHEELER SHOWROOM

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our Three-Wheeler Showroom Team.

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Experience in vehicle finance, banking, sales coordination, or automobile dealership will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of loan procedures and documentation preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance and loan documentation.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work with banks, finance companies, customers, and internal teams.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented approach.
- Coordinate vehicle finance applications and documentation.
- Assist customers with loan procedures, eligibility requirements, and finance options.




- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, sales, and delivery teams.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate customer and finance documents.
- Follow up on loan approvals, disbursements, and pending documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of finance-related formalities before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of finance applications and customer transactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding loan status, required documents, and payment details.
- Support the sales team in achieving smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures.
