TECHNICAL HEAD

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Head to lead our Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant technical and project execution team.

Candidate Profile **Experience:** Minimum **10 Years** in Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry

Age: 35–45 Years

Strong technical knowledge of **STP / ETP / WTP Projects**

Excellent knowledge of **Engineering Drawings, P&ID; & Plant Layouts** Strong expertise in **Plant Troubleshooting & Problem Solving** Strong knowledge of **Installation, Commissioning & Project Execution** Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues Strong leadership and team-management skills Capacity to effectively handle **20–25 manpower** Good coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the complete **Technical & Project Execution Team*

Review & understand technical drawings, P&IDs;, layouts and specifications

Guide teams during **Installation & Commissioning**





Handle major plant troubleshooting and provide technical solutions

Monitor project execution, quality and technical standards

Guide engineers, supervisors, fitters, electricians and technicians

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production and Project Teams

Visit project sites whenever required and take technical decisions

Ensure projects are completed as per design, quality and timeline

Develop a strong technical culture and improve execution practices
