We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze processes and data, and support business improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Document requirements and prepare process flows, reports, and presentations.
- Analyze business data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor requirements and follow up with relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of business process mapping and UAT.
Pay: ₹185,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
