Role overview
You will own outbound prospecting for our international sales pipeline. You will contact business owners and decision makers by phone, present WorkForce AI professionally, and book qualified demos for our team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to international business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce WorkForce AI, identify pain points and book demos.
- Research and verify prospect contact details (names, numbers, emails).
- Log every call and its outcome in our tracking sheet, with objections and follow ups.




- Follow our call framework and give feedback to help us improve it.

Requirements

- Professional level spoken and written English is mandatory. You will be representing a premium international brand.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telesales, inbound or outbound sales, or international sales (experienced candidates only).
- Confidence, solid communication skills and the ability to handle objections.
- A laptop, headset and stable internet connection.
- Dependable communication: you reply to messages promptly on working days.

Compensation (one of the two options, chosen at the offer stage)

- ₹5,000 per month plus commission on every client onboarded, or
- ₹7,000 per month fixed.
