Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to generate event enquiries, convert bookings, manage client relationships, and drive revenue from weddings, corporate events, parties, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
- Handle banquet enquiries and understand client requirements.
- Conduct venue visits and explain event packages and facilities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages.
- Negotiate pricing and close banquet sales.




- Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with banquet operations, F&B;, kitchen, and décor teams.
- Maintain client databases and booking records.
- Build relationships with event planners and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
