AI Facilitator

About the Role

The AI Facilitator will be responsible for delivering and supporting Artificial Intelligence-focused academic and technical programs across diverse audiences, including schools, colleges, universities, faculty development programs (FDPs), professional training programs, organizations, and customized institutional requirements.

The candidate will combine a strong understanding of AI concepts and practical applications with the ability to design and deliver engaging technical learning experiences, understand institutional requirements, and contribute to AI projects, research, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Academics & Technical Facilitation

1. Training & Program Delivery

· Conduct AI-focused training programs, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions for:

o Schools and students

o Colleges and universities

o Faculty and educators

o FDP and career development programs

o Organizations and corporate teams

o Skill development and institutional programs

o Customized technical training requirements

· Deliver beginner and advanced-level AI programs based on the target audience.

· Facilitate practical, project-based, and experiential learning sessions.

· Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.

· Conduct demonstrations of AI tools, applications, and real-world use cases.

· Train learners in Generative AI, prompt engineering, machine learning, and AI-powered productivity tools.

2. Academic Content & Curriculum

· Develop and update AI training content, lesson plans, practical activities, presentations, and project modules.

· Customize academic content based on institutional requirements and learners' skill levels.

· Support the development of workshops, certification programs, FDPs, add-on courses, and long-term AI programs.

· Incorporate emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and practical applications into training programs.

· Prepare assignments, assessments, project briefs, and evaluation methodologies.

· Develop learning activities using AI tools, datasets, and real-world problem statements.

3. Project & Student Mentoring

· Guide learners in developing AI projects from ideation to implementation.

· Mentor participants in problem identification, dataset preparation, model development, testing, and evaluation.

· Support projects involving machine learning, Generative AI, chatbots, computer vision, natural language processing, and AI automation.

· Guide learners in using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

· Support AI competitions,



exhibitions, hackathons, technical events, and project demonstrations.

· Evaluate projects and provide technical feedback and guidance.

4. Institutional & Organizational Programs

· Understand the technical and learning requirements of institutions and organizations.

· Support the development and execution of customized AI programs based on client requirements.

· Participate in technical discussions with academic institutions, organizations, faculty, and other stakeholders.

· Assist in preparing technical proposals, program structures, module plans, and training requirements.

· Support the delivery of programs at Inker facilities and external locations.

· Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and solutions to real-world academic and organizational challenges.

AI R&D; & Project Development

· Participate in internal and client-oriented AI research and development projects.

· Support the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, AI applications, and intelligent solutions.

· Research emerging AI technologies, models, tools, frameworks, and applications.

· Work on machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, computer vision, NLP, and AI automation, as relevant to project requirements.

· Support data preparation, model development, testing, debugging, evaluation, and deployment.

· Assist in integrating AI models and APIs into applications and workflows.

· Document experiments, technical findings, project iterations, and test results.

· Collaborate with R&D; and technical teams on project development and deployment.

· Convert relevant R&D; outcomes into practical demonstrations, academic projects, and training modules where applicable.

Required Technical Skills

· Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its real-world applications.

· Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and Generative AI concepts.

· Programming knowledge in Python or other relevant programming languages.

· Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted productivity applications.

· Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, data preprocessing and model evaluation,



Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, neural networks and deep learning fundamentals, AI APIs and application integration, and machine learning libraries and frameworks.

· Ability to explore AI tools, develop practical demonstrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

· Willingness to learn emerging AI technologies and apply them in practical projects.

Note: Candidates are not expected to have expertise in every listed area. Practical knowledge, learning ability, and relevant project experience will be considered.

Communication & Facilitation Skills

The candidate should be able to:

· Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

· Adapt training methodologies according to the audience's knowledge level.

· Confidently conduct classroom, laboratory, workshop, and corporate/organizational sessions.

· Engage participants through demonstrations, practical exercises, and project-based learning.

· Manage technical sessions independently at external locations.

· Interact professionally with faculty, students, institutional representatives, organizational teams, and clients.

· Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to continuously upgrade technical skills.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

· Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Candidates from other academic backgrounds with relevant AI/ML skills, practical project experience, certifications, or a strong project portfolio may also be considered.

Experience

· Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

· Freshers with a strong interest in AI, practical projects, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

· Experience in AI training, technical facilitation, AI/ML development, project development, or R&D; will be preferred.

· Experience conducting workshops, FDPs, institutional training, corporate technical programs, or customized training will be an added advantage.

· Candidates with hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, Generative AI, or AI application development will have an advantage.
