Job Description

Gurukshethra Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our growing travel team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, contacting potential travellers, explaining domestic and international tour packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Contact potential customers through leads generated from social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain domestic and international holiday packages, destinations, pricing, and travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Coordinate with travel consultants to provide suitable tour packages and quotations.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and follow-up details.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth booking processes.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a good team player.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
