Job Summary
Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital is looking for a responsible and trustworthy Billing & Cash Executive to handle basic billing, cash collection, receipt generation and daily payment records.
The role is suitable for someone with basic computer knowledge who is comfortable handling cash and learning hospital billing software.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect cash, UPI and other patient payments.
- Generate bills and receipts for patients.
- Operate billing software including Healthray.
- Generate invoices in Busy as required.
- Maintain accurate daily billing records.
- Maintain daily cash collection records.
- Match collected cash with bills and receipts.
- Hand over daily cash and billing summary to management.
- Coordinate with reception and patient coordination team for billing requirements.
- Maintain proper record of cancelled or corrected bills.
- Ensure no payment is collected without proper billing.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and payment information.
- Keep the billing desk organised and records properly maintained.
- Perform other basic billing-related duties assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using billing software and entering data.
- Basic knowledge of Busy software preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in billing, cashier, reception billing or retail billing will be an advantage.
- Honest and comfortable handling cash.
- Good numerical accuracy.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.

Important
