This full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad focuses on driving sales and marketing activities for international events. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support event participation through targeted outreach and follow-ups. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, presenting event offerings to prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of leads, proposals, and conversions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with event goals, provide training and support to partners or junior staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service before, during, and after events. Regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.




- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage pipelines for international events.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to guide team members, partners, or clients on event offerings and processes.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing knowledge, including event promotion, lead nurturing, and use of digital channels, as an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in event sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in international or corporate events.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing client and market needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
