We Are Hiring: *Sales & Marketing Manager*

Company: Mxon Pvt Ltd

*Work Location: Salem (HQ: Hosur)*

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Requirement: *Solid knowledge of Electrical & Hardware products*

*Responsibilities*

Drive sales strategies and expand market presence in and around Salem.

Generate leads, manage key client accounts, and close sales deals.

Apply technical electrical and hardware product knowledge to meet customer needs.

Lead marketing initiatives and analyze local market trends.

*Requirements*

3+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

Strong background in the electrical and hardware industry.

Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
