Role Summary

iROHUB Infotech is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Center Head with a solid background in educational sales to manage centre operations, drive student enrolments, lead the sales team, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the education or EdTech sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and motivate the educational sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Drive student enrolments through lead management, counselling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase admissions and revenue.
- Monitor sales performance, team productivity, and key business metrics.
- Build relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.




- Handle escalations and ensure a positive student experience.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in educational sales, admissions, or centre management.
- Prior experience in the education, EdTech, or training institute industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of student counselling, lead conversion, and sales strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a target-driven environment.
