IT Executive – Palarivattom, Kochi

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Executive to handle day-to-day IT support at our Head Office and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle computer, printer, internet and Wi-Fi related issues
- Install and update office software and systems
- Manage basic CCTV/DVR/NVR monitoring and support
- Create and manage employee email/user accounts
- Maintain regular data backups
- Maintain IT equipment and software records
- Coordinate with internet, CCTV and hardware service providers
- Provide basic technical support to staff




- Maintain records of IT issues and solutions
- Visit branches when required for IT support

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred
- Freshers with positive practical IT knowledge can also apply
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, Wi-Fi and CCTV
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Willingness to travel to branches when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
