Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our team for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding Home Loan and LAP products.
- Understand customers’ financial requirements and assess their basic eligibility.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and other relevant details.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly and maintain proper records of calls and leads.
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for further customer meetings and loan processing.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
- Update customer information and call status in the company’s CRM/system.
- Follow up with existing leads to improve conversion and ensure timely closure.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, finance, or sales will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
