Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior and architectural project execution at the site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure that projects are executed as per approved drawings, designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior and architectural site activities.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, furniture, electrical, and other technical drawings.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQ.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other site teams.
- Manage and allocate work to site workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, finishes, and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Check incoming materials for quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, material records, and manpower reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned architect/designer/project manager for solutions.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid rework and delays.




- Monitor material usage and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure finishing work meets company standards.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity verification when required.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
- Ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, architecture, residential, commercial, or retail projects.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and architectural/interior drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction processes.
- Strong coordination and manpower management skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.

Pay: ₹10,156.84 - ₹30,408.10 per month
