FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to buyers using raw data or provided databases.
- Project Explanation: Detailing property features, pricing and location advantages to lead
- Site Visit Scheduling: Fixing appointments for clients to visit the property and meet sales manager.
- Follow Ups: Nurturing prospects through regular phone calls and whatsApp updates.
KEY SKILLS AND REQIREMENTS
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in local languages Punjabi, Hindi and English.
- Negotiation: Skills to handle objections and generate interest.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years in telesales or realestate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
