Job Summary

Silver Storm Amusement Park and Resorts Limited is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-friendly candidates for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO). The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with visitors, assisting guests, promoting a positive company image, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and visitors and provide professional assistance.
- Interact with guests and respond to their enquiries regarding park facilities, attractions, ticketing, and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with visitors, tour operators, schools, colleges, and corporate groups.
- Assist in handling guest feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Ticketing, Marketing, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth visitor experiences.
- Support promotional activities, special events, group visits, and customer engagement programmes.
- Communicate information about the park's attractions, facilities, offers, and services.
- Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and communication standards.
- Help improve guest satisfaction and promote a positive image of Silver Storm.
- Prepare reports on visitor interactions, feedback, and other assigned activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience:



Freshers are welcome; candidates with experience in public relations, hospitality, customer service, or tourism will have an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and basic English is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude and willingness to interact with people.
- Good presentation, grooming, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team and handle guest enquiries professionally.
