*Rasik Publicity* is looking for an experienced *Sales Skilled* to join our team and drive business across *Print & Digital Media*.

If you have strong experience in media sales, advertising, client acquisition and business development, and are ready to take ownership of bigger accounts and targets, we’d like to hear from you.

*What You’ll Be Responsible For*

- Drive sales and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.

- Acquire new clients and generate business through your own network and lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with *brands, agencies, marketing heads and decision-makers*.

- Sell advertising solutions across *Print & Digital Media*.

- Understand client requirements and create suitable media proposals.

- Handle the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.

- Develop existing accounts through *repeat business, renewals and upselling*.

- Stay updated with market trends, media opportunities and competitor activities.

- Work closely with the internal media and operations teams to execute campaigns smoothly.





*Who We’re Looking For*

- *Experience - 4/5 years of minimum experience needed*

- Proven experience in *Sales / Media Sales / Advertising / Business Development*.

- Strong understanding of *Print & Digital Media*.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong client network and relationship-building ability.

- Target-oriented with a robust focus on business growth.

- Ability to independently handle clients and sales responsibilities.

- Candidates with experience in *advertising agencies, media houses or media sales* will be preferred.
