Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop liquid filling, capping, sealing, labelling, and packaging machinery as per customer and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and component drawings.
- Develop 3D models and machine assemblies using CAD software.
- Prepare and modify machine layouts, mechanisms, assemblies, and individual components.
- Work on new machine development and existing machine modifications based on customer requirements.
- Select suitable materials, bearings, shafts, fasteners, pneumatic components, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
- Perform basic engineering calculations related to shafts, mechanisms, power transmission, pneumatic systems, etc.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure accuracy of component specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Automation, Service, and other departments for smooth execution of projects.
- Provide technical clarification and support to the manufacturing and assembly teams during machine development.
- Review manufacturing drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerances, fits, and manufacturability.
- Identify design-related issues during assembly,



machine trials, and commissioning and implement appropriate modifications.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings and design documents.
- Assist in standardization and development of reusable machine components and assemblies.
- Participate in machine trials and provide engineering support for troubleshooting and design improvements.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably in:

- Packaging Machinery
- Filling & Capping Machines
- Pharmaceutical Machinery
- Liquid Processing Machinery
- SPM / Special Purpose Machines
- Automation Machinery
- Industrial Machinery

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
