Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain insurance products, features, and benefits clearly.
- Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build positive customer relationships and address queries professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, or direct sales is preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.
- Indicative Salary Range: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month.
