Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Procurement: End-to-end procurement of raw materials, chemical/biological formulations, packaging materials, and office/lab utilities.
- Tally & Documentation: Mandatory entry and management of Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in Tally. Ensure 100% accuracy in tax entries (GST) and vendor accounts.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to secure cost-effective deals.
- Inventory & Coordination: Coordinate closely with the warehouse and production teams to match physical stock with Tally inventory records and prevent stockouts.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all incoming raw materials meet the company's quality benchmarks. Coordinate with the QC team for material inspection.
- Accounts Coordination: Maintain meticulous records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts. Follow up on timely payments with the accounts department by reconciling vendor ledgers.

Biotech, Agri, Pharma, or Chemical sector experience is a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Agriculture, or a related field.Software SkillsTally Prime / Tally ERP 9 (Mandatory) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.LocationKukatpally, Hyderabad (In-office). Candidates living nearby or commutable to Mythrinagar / Prasanthi Nagar preferred.LanguagesFluency in Telugu and English is essential for vendor and internal coordination.Key Competencies & Soft Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
