Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Developer to lead the development and enhancement of ERP and business applications for our architectural, construction, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, ERP applications, and team leadership. Experience working on architecture projects will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ERP and enterprise-level applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design application architecture, database structures, APIs, and workflows.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.




- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve application performance, security, and production issues.
- Collaborate with management, business teams, architects, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage task allocation, timelines, development priorities, and delivery.
- Mentor developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in deployment, testing, debugging, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation and development processes.
