MINDSEEKERS Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the timely closure of open positions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to identify and recruit the right talent for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the organisation.
- Post job openings and manage incoming applications.

Connect with different -different colleges and conduct placement drive.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and team leaders to fulfil recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, selection, and joining follow-ups.




- Support employee onboarding and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and filling vacancies within defined timelines.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates.
- Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms is preferred.
- Good coordination, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and human resources are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
