We are hiring a Fulfilment Executive to own the end-to-end execution of every order that goes out of our Delhi office — orders coming in from across our different locations, as well as retail orders from our website and other direct channels.

This person is the hands-on operator on the floor: translating each incoming order into a clear requirement sheet, tracking what comes in from the purchase team, and leading our packing team to ensure every piece is packed and dispatched exactly as per our brand standards.

This is a floor-level, execution-focused role. There is no customer-facing or vendor-facing responsibility. What matters is accuracy, discipline with SOPs, the ability to run a small packing team firmly and fairly, and the consistency to do the same careful work on the hundredth order as on the first.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing

- Receive purchase orders from our wholesale accounts and retail/online orders as they come in.
- Identify the exact SKUs required for each order — reading the specifications correctly, knowing where to find them, and never relying on guesswork.
- Create a clear and accurate requirement sheet for each order, in the agreed format, and hand it over to the appropriate purchase manager for order placement.

Order Tracking

- Track every requirement raised against the orders being placed by the purchase team.
- Follow up internally on pending items, flag shortfalls or delays well in advance, and keep the order status up to date.

Managing the Packing Team

- Allocate daily packing work to the packing staff and ensure the day's dispatches are completed on time.




- Train the team on packaging SOPs and keep refresher sessions going as new SKUs or new packaging comes in.
- Supervise the quality and discipline of the floor — enforce standards, pull up mistakes, and make sure the team works to the standards expected of our brand.
- Manage attendance, breaks, and basic conduct on the packing floor.

Packing Quality Control

- Carry out a final check on every outgoing shipment — right SKUs, right quantities, right packaging technique, right finishing — before it leaves the office.
- Zero tolerance for packing errors; the person is personally accountable for every mistake that goes out.

Dispatch

- Prepare each shipment for dispatch with the correct paperwork and labels.
- Hand over to the designated courier or logistics partner and ensure the pickup is completed as planned.

Inventory Maintenance

- Maintain stock levels of all packaging material (boxes, tissue, tags, ribbons, inserts, etc.) as per the SOPs.
- Monitor stock levels of our best-selling SKUs and flag reorder requirements to the purchase manager well before the stock runs out.
- Maintain simple, accurate inventory records for both.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or back-office fulfilment role,



with at least part of that time supervising a small packing or warehouse team — ideally in a textile, apparel, jewellery, or premium D2C ecommerce company.
- Comfort with SKU-level work: able to read SKU codes accurately, identify products by code and physical attributes, and never confuse one SKU for another.
- Discipline with written SOPs — able to read a packing or inventory SOP and follow it exactly, every single time, and ensure the team does the same.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining requirement sheets, order trackers, and inventory records. Tally, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, or any WMS/ERP exposure is a plus.
- Basic Hindi reading and writing is essential; working English is a plus but not required.
- Physically fit for a standing-and-moving role, including lifting cartons and moving stock within the office/warehouse through the day.
- Clean reference from the previous employer, especially on inventory accuracy, team handling, and honesty with high-value stock.
- A graduate degree is NOT required. 10th or 12th pass with strong, relevant work experience is perfectly acceptable.

Not suitable for candidates with purely data-entry, customer service, or sales backgrounds, or candidates who have only done individual contributor work with no team supervision experience.
