Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in OmniStudio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio.
- Develop and customize OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Procedures.
- Work closely with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and other development teams.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and OmniStudio implementations.
- Contribute to solution design and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Expertise in:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards




- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, governor limits, and deployment processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity certification is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), Financial Services, or other Industry Clouds.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud is an added advantage.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
