Jr. Digital Marketing Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns.
- Perform basic campaign optimization activities, including keyword research, search term analysis, bid adjustments, and ad copy updates.
- Understand and work with Google Ads dashboard, campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, audiences, and basic bidding strategies.
- Support Google Merchant Center management by monitoring product feed health, diagnostics, and promotions.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly digital marketing performance reports, wherever needed in paid and organic front.
- Assist in creating basic KPI reports for Paid Marketing and SEO activities.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain campaign documentation, reporting dashboards, and account hygiene.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and paid advertising.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads dashboard, campaign structure, keywords, and ad groups.
- Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics such as Clicks, Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience).

Good to Have:

- Prior internship or academic project experience in digital marketing.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Microsoft Advertising Certification.
- Internship or hands-on experience with Google Ads or Microsoft Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager.
- Exposure to Google Merchant Center and eCommerce marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Meta Business Suite, or SEMrush/Ahrefs.
