Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BigFix Administrator (L2) with strong hands-on experience in BigFix Administration and Windows Server Patch Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing patching activities across an enterprise environment, troubleshooting deployment issues, monitoring endpoints, and supporting scheduled maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute regular patching activities for approximately 600 Windows servers.
- Monitor and manage the BigFix console and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Execute Windows patch deployments, software distributions, and endpoint management activities.
- Create, manage, and maintain device groups, fixlets, and patch deployment tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve patch deployment, installation, and endpoint-related issues.
- Coordinate and perform Windows server restarts after obtaining approval from the Bank team.
- Monitor patch compliance and ensure timely installation of patches according to defined policies.
- Perform routine health checks on BigFix endpoints and Windows servers.
- Collaborate with the Bank Admin team to log, track, and resolve incidents.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, procedures, and ticket records.




- Assist with Windows Server upgrade activities and maintenance planning.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to L1 teams and Bank users.
- Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and roadmap discussions.
- Provide support during bank working hours and scheduled maintenance windows, including nights and holidays when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in BigFix Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server Patch Management.
- Experience working with the BigFix console and endpoint management.
- Positive understanding of enterprise patching, compliance, and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Fixlets, device groups, patch deployment, and software distribution.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows server environments.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and provide holiday support during scheduled maintenance windows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience supporting banking or other enterprise environments will be preferred.
- Candidates who have handled large-scale Windows patching environments and scheduled maintenance activities are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a production support environment with defined change and approval processes.
- Candidates from Kerala preferred.
