Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls daily to pre-qualified or cold leads to pitch credit card and loan products.
- Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into customers by explaining product features, interest rates, benefits, and adaptable repayment options.
- Customer Qualification: Assess customer eligibility by checking income details, credit awareness, and financial requirements.
- Documentation Assistance: Guide customers through the digital application process and coordinate the collection of necessary documents (KYC, income proofs).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
