Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory trials for client projects in skin care, hair care, and salon products.
- Perform technology transfer from R&D; to production and manage pilot and commercial production batches.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including formulations, stability reports, COA, MSDS, and technical records.
- Coordinate raw material procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare formulation costing.
- Maintain production batch sheets,



raw material inward records, and related documentation.
- Support regulatory documentation and submissions related to cosmetic formulations (FDA compliance).
- Plan and manage R&D; projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Develop innovative products or improve existing formulations based on market trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, operations, production, and external partners for product development and commercialization.

Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge in cosmetic formulations, English communication skills, negotiation ability, problem‑solving, documentation expertise, and project management.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
