Job Title: HR Recruiter – Retail

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our retail operations in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with store managers and business teams to fulfil staffing requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure timely closures across stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment for retail positions, including Sales Associates, Cashiers, Store Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers.
- Understand manpower requirements and prioritise hiring for existing stores and recent store openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring networks.
- Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, retail experience, role suitability, salary expectations, and joining availability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate timely feedback and selection decisions.
- Organise walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives based on business requirements.




- Communicate offers and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
- Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer acceptance and reduce joining dropouts.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding with the HR team.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and share regular updates on vacancies, hiring progress, and pending closures.
- Track recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in retail or frontline bulk hiring.
- Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment portals, and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi and any other third language would be preferrable

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
