Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Science Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in data science, statistics, machine learning, Python, and data visualization, with the ability to explain complex concepts through real-world business scenarios and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Data Science training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises, and project assignments.
- Provide practical training using real-world datasets and business use cases.
- Cover key Data Science topics including:
- Python for Data Science
- Statistics and Probability
- Data Collection and Data Preparation
- Data Cleaning and Preprocessing
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Data Visualization
- Feature Engineering
- Supervised Learning
- Unsupervised Learning

- Clustering
- Decision Trees and Ensemble Methods
- Model Evaluation and Validation
- Hyperparameter Tuning
- Time Series Analysis
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) Fundamentals
- Introduction to Deep Learning
- Machine Learning Model Deployment
- SQL for Data Science
- Business Analytics and Data-driven Decision Making
- Provide hands-on coding exercises using Python and relevant libraries.
- Train learners on tools and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter Notebook.
- Guide learners through end-to-end Data Science projects.
- Explain model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment workflows.
- Provide assignments, case studies, and portfolio projects.




- Review learner projects and provide technical feedback.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and technical interview preparation.
- Keep training content updated with current Data Science and AI practices.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Prior experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Trainer, Consultant, or Technical Instructor.
- Solid proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, EDA, feature engineering, and model building.
- Experience with Scikit-learn and common Python data science libraries.
- Good knowledge of data visualization techniques.
- Ability to work with real-world datasets and business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Real-time project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, or Big Data technologies is an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment is preferred.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams is an advantage.
