HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to identify and connect with the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels.

* Conduct initial HR screening and candidate calls.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Coordinate salary discussions, selection, and joining formalities.

* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.





* Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience is an advantage.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
